How to purchase
Please select your items and add them to your cart.
Please enter your shipping information and payment method on the checkout screen and confirm your order. An order confirmation email will be sent automatically.
Your item will be carefully packaged and shipped. We will provide you with a tracking number once the item has been shipped.

Shipping Information
Delivery company
Domestic shipping: Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express (you cannot choose which carrier)

Shipping fee
A flat rate of 1,000 yen nationwide (excluding tax)
*Free shipping is available for orders of 15,000 yen (excluding tax) or more.
Shipping time
We will ship your order within 4 business days from the day after your order is placed.
Example: If you place an order on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, we will ship it from Tokyo by Tuesday, December 23 at the latest.
However, shipping may be delayed due to year-end and New Year holidays, long weekends, summer holidays, peak seasons, traffic conditions, or weather. Store closures will be announced in advance on our business calendar.

Returns and Exchanges
[Important] About the characteristics of vintage products
All items sold in our store are used or deadstock items, meaning they are unused but old.
We try our best to describe any damage or stains with photos and text, but please understand that it is difficult to describe everything completely.
Vintage items have a unique character and minor signs of use, which are described in the product description and are not grounds for return.
Regarding in-store care: With the exception of some items such as leather goods, we use clothing care appliances in Japan to disinfect, deodorize, and smooth out wrinkles, refreshing the items as thoroughly as possible.
Some items have been repaired or cleaned by professional services, and this is noted on the product page.

To celebrate our store opening, we are offering a more flexible return policy than usual.
◆ Cases in which returns are accepted
- Differences in size or color from the image (only during the campaign period)
- If you receive a product different from the one you ordered
- If the product has significant damage or defects
- If there is a major problem not mentioned in the product description
◆ Return Policy
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Only items in unused condition with tags attached are accepted.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or have had their tags removed are not eligible for return.
- Products damaged or soiled due to customer negligence are not eligible for return.
◆ Regarding return shipping costs
[In case of store-related deficiencies]
- Incorrect item, damaged goods, defective items, etc.: We will cover the return shipping costs.
- We will refund the full amount, including the shipping fee you paid at the time of your order.
[In case of customer's circumstances]
- For differences in size or color from the image, etc.: You will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
- Please return the item at your own expense (prepaid).
- If the item was sent C.O.D., the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
From April 2026 onwards: Standard return policy
After the opening campaign ends, returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

[Return Process]
1. Contact (Customer side)
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product via ttc@kazepro.com or the inquiry button.
- Your name
- Order number
- Please provide the item number of the item you wish to return (a 5-digit number starting with TC: e.g., TC25001).
- Reason for return
2. Return approval (by the store)
If the item is eligible for return, we will send you the return address and instructions on how to return it.
*Items returned before return approval is received will not be accepted.
3. Return of the product (by the customer)
Please pack and return the item by the specified date, following the instructions provided.
4. Inspection and refund approval (by the store)
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will inform you whether or not the refund will be approved.
5. Refund Processing <br>If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 1-2 weeks. It may take some time for your credit card company to process the refund and for it to be paid to you.
*If you do not receive your refund after 16 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at ttc@kazepro.com.
*Due to privacy concerns, we may not be able to access information regarding credit authorization or refund processing for each credit card.
[Regarding exchanges]
We do not accept exchanges.
FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do you know the country of manufacture?
A: Yes, if the tags are still attached or if we were able to get the information from the person who gave it to us, we include it on the product page. The country name is listed as it was on the tag.
Q: Can I check the condition of the product by rank or other criteria?
A: No, The Tone Collective does not rank the condition of our items. However, we do try to describe any damage as clearly as possible using text and photos.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We are currently preparing it.
Q: Do you buy items?
A: No, we do not buy items.
