Shipping Fee

Nationwide flat rate of 1,000 yen (excluding tax)

*Shipping is free for orders over 15,000 yen (excluding tax).

Shipping period

Your order will be shipped within 4 business days from the day after your order is placed.

Example: If you place an order on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, your order will be shipped from Tokyo by Tuesday, December 23 at the latest.

However, shipping may be delayed due to the New Year's holidays, long consecutive holidays, summer holidays, busy periods, traffic conditions, weather, etc. Scheduled store closures will be announced in advance on the business calendar.

Returns and Exchanges

[Important] Characteristics of vintage products

All of the products we handle are second-hand or dead stock, and are old even if unused.

We try to provide as much information as possible about any damage or stains using photos and text, but please understand that it is difficult to fully describe the condition of the item before making a purchase.

The unique texture and minor signs of wear of vintage items are described in the product description and are not grounds for return.

Care in stores: With the exception of some items such as leather goods, we use clothing care appliances in Japan to disinfect, deodorize, remove wrinkles, and refresh items as cleanly as possible.

Some items have been professionally repaired or cleaned, and this will be noted on the product.

To celebrate the store's opening, we are offering a more flexible return policy than usual.

  • Size and color variations (only during the campaign period)
  • If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered
  • If the product is seriously damaged or defective
  • If there is a major problem that is not mentioned in the product description

◆ Return Policy

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Only unused and with tags
  • Worn, washed or un-tagged items cannot be returned
  • Items that are damaged or soiled due to customer reasons cannot be returned.

◆ About return shipping fees

[In the case of a store-related problem]

  • If the product is incorrect, damaged, or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • We will refund the full amount of your order, including shipping costs.

[In the case of customer convenience]

  • If the size or color is different from what you expected, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
  • Please return the item to us prepaid (customer's responsibility).
  • If the item was sent cash on delivery, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

After April 2026: Standard return policy

After the opening campaign ends, returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

[Return procedure]

1. Contact (customer side)
Please contact us at ttc@kazepro.com or via the contact button within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Product number you wish to return (a 5-digit number beginning with TC: e.g. TC25001)
  • Reason for return

2. Return authorization (store side)
If a return is possible, you will be sent a return address and instructions on how to return the item.

*Items returned prior to return authorization will not be accepted.

3. Returning the product (customer side)
Please follow the instructions and pack and return the product within the specified time limit.

4. Inspection and refund approval (store side)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund will be approved or not.

5. Refund Processing <br>If your refund is approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 1-2 weeks. It may take some time for your credit card company to process and pay your refund.

FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can you tell me the country of manufacture?
A: Yes, if the tag is still attached or if we can find out from the person who gave it to us, we will write the country name on the product page. The country name will be written as it is on the tag.

Q: Can I check the condition of the product by its rank?
A: No, The Tone Collective does not grade the condition of instruments. However, we do our best to provide clear information about any damage using text and photos.

Q: Can you ship overseas?
A: We are currently preparing it.

Q: Do you buy?
A: No, we do not purchase items.
