Echo&The Bunnymen|Echo&The Bunnymen
Buyer's Note
The fifth album by Echo & The Bunnymen, the quintessential post-punk band formed in Liverpool.
It features numerous melancholic masterpieces, such as "Bedbugs and Ballyhoo" and "Lips Like Sugar," which evoke the scenery of England just as late autumn shifts into winter.
While this release achieved significant commercial success, it also marked a major turning point: shortly after its release, vocalist Ian McCulloch departed, and drummer Pete de Freitas tragically passed away in a motorcycle accident.
As the final album recorded by the original lineup, it remains a pivotal and essential piece of the band's history.
