80s Vintage British Knitwear - St Michaels Pure Wool Sweater

Claudia Sträter is a Dutch brand founded in 1970 that continues to create clothes with a consistent focus on craftsmanship and quality.

The COPINES line written on the tag seems to be one of the brand's lines that existed for a certain period of time (probably the 90s).

This thick knit is made from thick, natural-colored wool yarn, and the high, stand-up neckline wraps you in such warmth that you'll feel like you're a sheep.

It reminds me of the striking poster for "The 400 Blows," directed by François Truffaut, a master of the New Wave.

Folding up the high neckline instantly changes the look, and you can also enjoy layering it with a coat. Its short length and flared cuffs create a unique and unusual piece, making it a pullover you'll want to take good care of.
