This is a short-sleeved sweater from Sergal, a manufacturer of cycling clothes.

Although wool has now been replaced by synthetic fibers, wool was still used in sportswear during this era, as it was high quality, durable, and had excellent sweat absorption properties.

The pocket on the back for cyclists is also fun and cute, a rare design these days.
